Vetëm edukim — paralajmërim rreziku
MiriFX University ofron edukim për trading. Nuk ofron këshillim investimesh, sinjale tregtimi, menaxhim portofoli apo premtim fitimi. Tregtimi i valutave dhe CFD-ve me levë mbart rrezik të lartë dhe mund të mos jetë i përshtatshëm për të gjithë; mund të humbni më shumë se sa investoni. Rezultatet e kaluara nuk garantojnë rezultate në të ardhmen. Çdo vendim tregtimi është yti.
Llogaritë
Llogaria jote është personale. Mos i ndaj kodet e hyrjes apo aksesin. Mund ta pezullojmë aksesin që ndahet, keqpërdoret ose përdoret për të kopjuar materialet.
Materialet e kursit
Mësimet, videot, dokumentet dhe metoda SIX janë pronë intelektuale e MiriFX. Mund t'i përdorësh vetëm për mësimin tënd; regjistrimi, rishitja ose publikimi i tyre nuk lejohet.
Kurset fizike
Vendi konfirmohet kur ekipi ynë e aprovon regjistrimin dhe ta konfirmon. Datat, oraret, adresa dhe tarifa e grupit shfaqen gjatë regjistrimit dhe në konfirmim. Pagesat bëhen cash ose me transfertë bankare dhe regjistrohen nga ekipi ynë; balancën ta japim kur e kërkon. Nëse duhet ta shtyjmë ose anulojmë një grup, të ofrojmë një datë tjetër ose të kthejmë shumën e paguar për atë grup.
Rimbursimet
Kushtet e rimbursimit për çdo kurs të konfirmohen me shkrim në momentin e regjistrimit. Për të kërkuar rimbursim ose kalim në një grup tjetër, shkruaj në info@mirifx.com para fillimit të kursit.
SIX EA
SIX EA është një mjet software që hapet pas programit. Licencat janë personale dhe të lidhura me llogaritë që regjistron. Tregtimi i automatizuar nuk e heq rrezikun; rezultatet nuk garantohen dhe ti mbetesh përgjegjës për cilësimet dhe llogarinë tënde.
Përgjegjësia
Për aq sa e lejon ligji, MiriFX nuk mban përgjegjësi për humbje në trading apo dëme indirekte nga përdorimi i edukimit, platformës ose SIX EA.
Ligji dhe ndryshimet
Këto kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Republikës së Shqipërisë. Mund t'i përditësojmë; versioni aktual është gjithmonë në këtë faqe me datën e tij.

MiriFX University provides trading education. It does not provide investment advice, trading signals, portfolio management or any promise of profit. Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone; you can lose more than you invest. Past performance does not indicate future results. Every trading decision is yours.
Accounts
Your account is personal. Do not share sign-in codes or access. We may suspend access that is shared, misused or used to copy course material.
Course content
Lessons, videos, documents and the SIX method are the intellectual property of MiriFX. You may use them for your own learning only; recording, reselling or publishing them is not allowed.
In-person courses
A place is confirmed when our team approves your sign-up and confirms it to you. Group dates, times, address and the fee are shown at sign-up and in your confirmation. Payments are made in cash or by bank transfer and are recorded by our team; we give you the balance on request. If we must move or cancel a group, we offer you another date or refund what you paid for that group.
Refunds
Refund conditions for each course are confirmed to you in writing at enrolment. To request a refund or to transfer to another group, write to info@mirifx.com before the course starts.
SIX EA
SIX EA is a software tool unlocked after the programme. Licences are personal and tied to the accounts you register. Automated trading does not remove risk; results are not guaranteed and you remain responsible for its settings and your account.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MiriFX is not liable for trading losses or for indirect damages arising from the use of the education, the platform or SIX EA.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. We may update them; the current version is always on this page with its date.
